Shipping Policy

The provider is bound to deliver the ordered products in the promised time.

Additional information regarding the customer’s right to cancel the contract and how to do this is included in the shipment. All required information regarding who to notify in the event of a complaint, warranties, repairs service and other services after the contract is concluded is also included.

The customer will receive the ordered products at the supplied address (home, work or third person – the provider may check the authenticity of supplied data in this case). The person receiving the parcel may be required to present valid identification and sign for the package.

Items marked as “in stock” will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Other items are subject to various delivery times, depending on availability from our suppliers.

Delivery is carried out by our partner delivery service, typically in the morning. If no one is available to receive the package a note will be left with details of how to arrange for redelivery or pickup.
